All about your order, Shipping & returns
We offer worldwide shipping and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. All parcels are shipped from Denmark.

UPS: 2-4 business days

Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your area.
Yes, we offer 30 days return from the date of delivery, if you change your mind.
All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email from UPS, GLS, or Postnord, when your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder if you don´t find the email.
Please be advised that orders shipped outside EU will be added local taxes and import duties. These are not included in the shipping costs. The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
Please contact us at webshop@pernillefolcarelli.dk before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the email. We will provide you the return address and we only accept returns delivered at the given address.
The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging or similar protective tube/box. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. The return shipping cost is at your own expense.
As soon as we receive the returned item in undamaged condition, we will make a refund to the payment method you used for your order.
If returning from outside the EU, please make sure to fill out the correct paperwork so that the parcel will not get stuck in customs.

Frequently asked questions about our products
We print on different kind of paper qualities depending on the series of prints. But common to all of them is that they are printed on high quality art paper that will last for years. Although the prints have good color fastness, we recommend keeping the prints out of direct sunlight.
Most of our prints have a white border around the print. When you see a print with a white outer border, it is part of the print design, and the border is included in the size measures of the print.
Some of the prints don´t have a white border. This will appear on the rendering.
We try to show the colors as perfectly as possible on our website. However, due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets, smartphones etc. the colors on the prints shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual print.
Usually, we do not offer custom-sized paper prints. Under each print, you can see the different available sizes and prices. However, if there is a print size you can´t live without, you can send us an email and we will have a look at the possibilities.
Regarding textile wall hangings and curtains, you can also make a request for special measurements.
Yes, they can. All our cushions and wall hangings are made from 100% linen/flax and the curtains from linen/flax and viscose. They can all can be gently washed. We recommend washing by hand at 30 degrees Celsius, and ironing at a moderate temperature.
